History begin

  • 1926
    Established INOUE RUBBER Co., Ltd. in Atsuta-ky Nagoya City. Started production of tube core and bicycle tires.
  • 1938
    Established INOUE RUBBER INDUSTORY CO., LTD. Started production of industrial rubber products (casting, molding)
  • 1954
    Signed a technology support contract with Bayer AG of Germany and established MTP KASEI Limited.
  • 1955
    Started production of PU foam in Japan
  • 1959
    Started producing cushion with brand name Color Foam
  • 1960
    Automotive interior products using PU foam materials were first introduced in Japan.
  • 1980
    Established INOUE MTP Co., Ltd. after the merger of the rubber and plastics industry of INOUE RUBBER INDUSTORY and MTP KASEI Limited.
